Elementary / Secondary
Our elementary and secondary schools are committed to providing many options and pathways for success for our students. Our schools help you and your child choose a path that will prepare them for success in this ever-changing, virtual, and global world. We understand that when it comes to education, one size does not fit all. So our schools offer alternative pathways for students to choose from as a means to achieving their educational dreams.
Our public schools are a close-knit community of faculty, staff, and parents who offer students an excellent education committed to developing individual talents and encouraging social consciousness. Through dynamic community involvement our schools help students at every level reach their fullest potential in an ever-changing world.
Teachers and staff provide students with many opportunities to develop academic skills, acquire fundamental knowledge, determine their individual interests and special talents, and experience a sense of belonging. The curriculum also meets the needs of our community's workforce. Vocationally interested students can enroll in courses such as computer-aided design, manufacturing, electronics, auto mechanics, and computer applications. Selected accelerated students may spend part of the school day in the Math/Science Center at Andrews University or may attend Early College classes at Lake Michigan College's Bertrand Crossing campus.
